marketing and branding firm located in Fort Mitchell, KY has earned the top accolade from the International Economic Development
Council. Marcia led the rebranding project for the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce working with NKU professors and students
to guide the creation of a new logo and brand design.

and has mentored many women. Roxann helped the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) step up its image
and brand. She also participated in the WBENC Women’s Forum where she championed issues and concerns of local women-owned

the two-person graphic design firm known as “Lodge and Associates” in 1999 and has turned it into an award-winning
full-service marketing firm with a staff of 30 now known as Intrinzic Marketing & Design. The core values she instills
in the company include a commitment to ethics, treating both clients and employees with respect, up-front honest communication
and giving back to the community. Intrinzic provides pro bono work for many organizations including the Northern Kentucky
Symphony, ProSeniors, The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Cincinnati and Blessed Sacrament School. In 2006 Intrinzic received
